Bulletproof is seeking a Director of Managed Services to lead our MSP operations across 24/7 service desks, infrastructure, and NOC/TOC. The role balances strategic planning with hands‑on oversight to ensure reliable, high‑quality services and exceptional customer experiences.Location flexibility exists with preference for candidates near our offices in Ontario or Atlantic Canada;
compensation is role‑ and location‑based, reflecting experience and qualifications.
