Outdoor Sales Associate- Home Maintenance Services Location: Residential Neighborhoods Job Type: Part-time (Minimum 12 hours/week) Compensation: Hourly fixed rate About the Role Looking to gain valuable sales experience while working in an active, outdoor environment? We are hiring Outdoor Sales Associates to introduce homeowners to our professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services. This role involves direct, face-to-face marketing in local residential areas, where you’ll engage with potential customers, explain the benefits of our services, and help grow our business. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and alongside a motivated team, all while developing key communication and sales skills. Why Join Us? - Actively engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to promote our services
- Clearly communicate the benefits of professional window, gutter, and power washing solutions
- Build rapport with potential clients and answer any questions they may have
- Work both solo and in small teams to meet sales targets
- Represent our company professionally and positively in the community
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions
- Resilience and self-motivation to succeed in an outdoor sales environment
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude
- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Access to a vehicle is a plus but not mandatory
- Individuals looking to develop sales and communication skills
