Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking a Directeur Associé for Engineering Manufacturing. This leadership role focuses on enhancing design with manufacturing expertise in a global aerospace context. In this high-level position, you will manage a team across Canada and Poland, emphasizing the producibility of components for current and future gas turbines. Your responsibilities will include leading manufacturing engineering teams, implementing design methodologies, and collaborating with various organizational units to achieve top-quality, on-time production. This role also requires adaptability and the capacity to meet evolving project demands. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead manufacturing experts to enhance producibility for engine parts
• Develop tools for achieving Zero Non-Conformance in design
• Approve manufacturing details in IPT drawings
• Collaborate on turbomachinery sourcing and manufacturing strategies
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives in cooperation with sourcing reps Requirements:
• Engineering degree with 15+ years of experience
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and gas turbines
• Ability to manage changing priorities
