Reporting to the Chief Corporate Secretary, the Director of Corporate Services will ensure effective collaboration with senior leadership and divisional teams. You will advance key initiatives, support executive decision-making, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Your strategic vision will drive organizational excellence and support the missions of CFMWS. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment of corporate goals with actionable strategies
- Lead collaboration across divisions and governance activities
- Manage corporate calendar and governance committee operations
- Support executive-level decision-making processes
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Several years of managerial experience in corporate administration
- Expertise in corporate strategy development and planning
- Proven skills in change management and project management
- Bilingual in English or French considered an asset
