Continuous Improvement Lead

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across Canadian distribution operations. The role combines strategic continuous improvement, performance analytics, and supply chain optimization while serving as a site champion for the J&J Operating System.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement strategy and roadmap aligned with operational objectives across Canadian distribution sites
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause problem-solving initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making for inventory and service performance
Manage continuous improvement project portfolio from ideation through implementation and sustainability
Partner across supply chain, operations, commercial, and 3PL teams to optimize performance and resolve operational issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Engineering degree preferred
Minimum 4 years supply chain or logistics experience
Lean or Operating System methodology experience preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Lean certification preferred
Experience with data visualization, analytics tools, or robotic process automation
APICS CSCP or Project Management certification an asset

Compensation: $74,000–$133,000 base
