Need a caregiver/companion for my Mom

My mom is 85 and has vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s. Some days are better than others. She needs help with groceries, meal prep, shower supervision, and blow-drying her hair. She has a cleaning person every two weeks, so there is not a lot of cleaning required, just general tidying, taking out the garbage, and unpacking the dishwasher. My mom is very independent and isn’t great at accepting help. She thinks she can manage more than she can and then hurts her back, etc. She has a walker and refuses to use it except for walks outside, but not at the grocery store! She lost her license last year and is really struggling with not being able to go and do what she wants. She loves to get out. We are looking for someone to come in as a companion and caregiver. She needs someone to do the grocery shopping or take her grocery shopping, check that she is eating properly, do some meal prep, and make sure she is keeping up with her meds. We are flexible with timing, whether someone comes at lunch or around dinner. She likes to have an afternoon nap! We need someone who is easygoing but can also help guide her, especially when she struggles to remember. Please let me know your availability and hourly rate. I would like a minimum of 2 hours per visit, but on shopping days it would be 3 or 4 hours. (Part-Time, Live-Out) For day, evening
