Senior General Counsel - Governance & Regulatory Strategy

The First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB) is seeking a Corporate General Counsel to provide expert legal guidance to the Board and ensure compliance with the First Nations Fiscal Management Act.
You will draft and negotiate contracts, monitor regulatory developments, support governance activities, and liaise with external counsel and government partners. This role requires a law degree, 10 years in a regulatory environment, and a commitment to Indigenous governance.
