Director of Compensation Strategy at Xenon

Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Transform the total rewards landscape at Xenon Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director of Total Rewards. Focus on competitive compensation strategies and employee engagement in a hybrid role. As a foundational member of Xenon’s HR leadership, your role will be crucial in managing compensation programs that attract and retain top talent across the U.S. and Canada. With direct oversight of compensation strategies, you'll bring over 15 years of relevant experience in life sciences to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. This hands-on role allows for collaboration with various internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the comprehensive total rewards strategy
Direct base salary management and incentives alignment
Collaborate on design of equity and recognition programs
Manage communications related to total rewards
Ensure compliance with all compensation-related regulations

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree; MBA highly desired
15+ years in HR compensation management
In-depth understanding of biopharma compensation trends
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
Proven leadership and organizational skills
