About Our Family We are a professional family of three. We recently welcomed our first son in early 2026, and as he becomes more alert and active, we are looking for a reliable, nurturing caregiver to join our 'village.' I will be transitioning my career in coming months, so I will often be working from home and few days at work. We are looking for a true partner in his daily care. About Our Little One Our son is just in his second months and is a curious, 'bright-eyed' baby who loves to observe the world around him. He is currently going through a big developmental leap and is very alert during the day! He does deal with some infant acid reflux, so we are looking for someone comfortable with: Cluster and Paced bottle feeding (hes currently at 100ml110ml). Keeping him upright and engaged for 2030 minutes after feeds to keep him comfortable. Recognizing his 'tired cues' to help him transition into naps before he gets overstimulated. Infant play development ideas to help them.
