- Reporting into Global Head of Legal, will be joining a global team of commercial lawyers
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms)
- Negotiate data privacy agreements/data processing agreement
- Lead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team
- Draft and negotiate current partnership and referral agreement
- Support renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, CrowdStrike)
- Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and third‑party arrangement
- Develop contract templates for internally created product
- Ensure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement
- Standardize terms and language across platforms and offering
- Maintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition
- Provide general legal support across various business units, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad range of commercial and operational matters
