Join our team for the summer season as a Cook H/F - Seasonal Placement
Position based at: near Saint-Sauveur, QC
Type of position: Full-time, 40H/week, Seasonal Placement
Start date: June 10 - until August 16, 2026
Accommodation and Meals included!Working conditions:
✳️ The cook works under the supervision of the head chef and sous-chef.
✳️ The recipes are pre-established and standardized. It is necessary to follow them while adhering to hygiene and safety standards, paying particular attention to allergens.
✳️ Working hours : continuous, 5 days/week, full-time (40h/week)
✳️ Compensation : salary based on experience (starting from $24/h.)
✳️ Benefits:
All Meals are included (including days off)
Accommodation included at the camp (in a staff area)
Free access to camp amenities and lakes (canoeing, fishing area, walking trails, etc.)
Round-trip transport paid : if you have a car, we reimburse mileage, or we reimburse bus tickets. *having a car/license is therefore not mandatory
Free shuttle every other weekend if you wish to return to Montreal during your days off (round trip: Montreal > Summer Camp)
: ideal for lovers of wide open spaces and nature! You have relevant experience in the kitchen and are available for the entire summer season.
Relevant kitchen experience (production, cooking)
Good sense of organization and autonomy
Good communication and listening skills
Enjoy teamwork, supportive spirit
Good knowledge of allergens, cross-contamination, hygiene and safety rules (MAPAQ)
Comfortable with community living
Love nature and wide open spaces (forest, lakes)
Hold a valid and open Work Visa to work in Canada (we do not issue visas) - mandatory
Accept a background check, due to the presence of vulnerable clientele - mandatory
$20 per hour
