POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client All Pro Door & Hardware Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team.

We use AI-assisted tools to help identify and match applicants to our open roles. This may include reviewing resumes and suggesting potential matches. All final hiring decisions are made by humans.
Who we are:
All Pro Door & Hardware Ltd. supplies architectural doors, frames and hardware in both new build and existing applications all over Ontario including the high-rise residential market to high end commercial and institutional construction. We also are key suppliers to dozens of local contractors and developers.
All-Pro has an excellent reputation based on integrity and service, delivering to our customers every effort necessary to ensure we are on track with our customers’ goals and expectations.
What you will do:
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and lead project teams to achieve goals.
- Prepare project estimates, develop schedules, and adjust plans to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resources efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Interpret architectural blueprints and utilize industry-specific software for accurate project management.
- Handle shifting priorities, address challenges, and implement strategic solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all projects meet industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, while conducting regular site visits for quality control.
Requirements
Requirements
- A 2-year diploma in Construction Technology or equivalent field experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction methods, including project planning, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
- Solid general knowledge of the construction industry, with a focus on project coordination and cost management.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Knowledge of Ontario building code requirements, door and hardware standards, and site safety rules.
