Food Service Supervisor Tim Hortons Location 3255 lakeshore road Kelowna, BC Salary 20.15 hourly / 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Health benefits Languages English Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Food service establishment Coffee shop Fast food outlet or concession Restaurant Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Establish work schedules Supervision Food service counter attendants and food preparers 16-20 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling Walking Physically demanding Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility Team player Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. Until 2026-06-03
