Schedule:

Location:

? Travel to other locations required.

Experience:

? Administrative/Office experience,

? General accounting knowledge (AP/AR/GL),

? Experience with shipping and receiving,

? Inventory control,

? Answering telephone and email inquiries,

? Customer service.

Education:

? High School Diploma

? Vocational/College diploma in Office Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Prepare and ship radio and AVS equipment,

? Sourcing and inventory tracking of all items leaving/returning from radio rentals AVS projects, and Netspectum items,

? Corporate stock level reporting and inventory forecasting,

? Inventory count coordination corporately and work in progress tracking for projects,

? Control inventory levels, keeping in stock items to a bare minimum, using the FIFO method,

? Inventory/stock storage and organization,

? Shipping and receiving packages (heavy lifting required, up to 85 lbs),

? Receive inventory in CRM/GP,

? Quoting shipments,

? Use the JIT (Just-In-Time) inventory method, minimizing inventory and increases efficiency,

? Manage AVS overstock left over from jobs,

? Covering off the front desk during absences, breaks and lunches,

? Answering phone calls when required,

? Other duties as assigned.

? Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written,

? Awareness of occupational health and safety and quality of work,

? Must pass the security police check,
