Perseus Group in Markham, Ontario, seeks a Director of HR Operations & Compliance to lead centralized HR services for about 50 head office employees and senior leadership. You will manage a small HR team and coordinate with CSI to ensure scalable, compliant service delivery.
The role owns benefits, compensation guidance, and HR systems, including Workday, with direct support to leaders and governance for reporting and ESG initiatives.
