Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Duties

Knights Beach Resort is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support daily operations and keep our property running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working outdoors.

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical fixes
• Lawn, grounds, and beach maintenance
• Operating mowers, tractors, skid steers, and similar equipment
• Conducting site inspections and completing repairs
• Painting, carpentry, and seasonal projects
• Assisting with water, sewer, and utility systems
• Responding to guest and staff maintenance requests
• Maintaining a clean, safe, professional environment
  
   

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, construction, farming, landscaping, or campground operations
• Comfortable operating equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Background check required
