Duties

Knights Beach Resort is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support daily operations and keep our property running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working outdoors.

General property maintenance and repairs
Minor plumbing and electrical fixes
Lawn, grounds, and beach maintenance
Operating mowers, tractors, skid steers, and similar equipment
Conducting site inspections and completing repairs
Painting, carpentry, and seasonal projects
Assisting with water, sewer, and utility systems
Responding to guest and staff maintenance requests
Maintaining a clean, safe, professional environment

Qualifications

Experience in property maintenance, construction, farming, landscaping, or campground operations
Comfortable operating equipment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Reliable and dependable
Background check required
