Nicole looking for a babysitter or nanny in Kitchener

We are a family of 6, with our oldest daughter in Halifax. We need a sitter to watch our kids while we have time to ourselves outside of the house. This would typically be for a couple hours in the afternoon/evening, or an overnight (past midnight) to facilitate our date nights. Transportation will always be covered. On late-overnights, you would be listening out for wake ups. At most doing bed routines. Our kids are talkative and entertaining. They have a sweet disposition but need a firm and consistent 'boss' to keep things on track. Raymond, 6, is the ring-leader. Full of energy, smart, engaging and loves hockey/trucks/engineering. Marlowe is your Ace, 4. She is smart, obedient, gregarious, and a quiet leader. Ragnar, 3 in July, is full of life, energy, and new words. He follows the pack but will also exert his autonomy.
