North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) is building a talent pool of skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs), Medical Laboratory Technicians, Phlebotomists and Medical Laboratory Technology/Technician students to support our dynamic Laboratory Services team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services.
By joining our talent pool, you will be considered for upcoming full time, part-time, casual, and student opportunities as they become available.
Qualifications Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program
Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
Certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) or Canadian Alliance of Medical Laboratory Professionals Regulators (CAMLPR)
Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician Graduate of a recognized Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician program
Certification with the Medical Laboratory Professionals’ Association of Ontario (MLPAO) or Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS)
Students (MLT/Technician programs) Currently enrolled in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology or Assistant/Technician program
All Candidates Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory practices, procedures, and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
