Lead wealth strategy, transformation, and deployment for TD Wealth in Toronto, connecting enterprise priorities across Canada’s specialized businesses.As Assistant Vice President, Programs and Deployment, you will integrate modernization, governance, planning, and advice capabilities. The mandate spans Private Trust, Tax Services, Wealth Planning Support, Wealth Planning Office, Wealth Insurance Services, and Philanthropic Advisory Services. You will strengthen client outcomes, advisor effectiveness, and business performance across multiple Wealth businesses.Key Responsibilities:
Develop multi-year strategic plans and transformation initiativesLead governance, portfolio prioritization, and execution managementAlign priorities, resources, operating models, and business outcomesDrive digital enablement, AI adoption, and advice modernizationInfluence executives through matrix leadership and governance structuresRequirements:
Undergraduate degree required;
