Shape AI-ready data foundations and backend services for DNV’s Digital & Transformation work in Toronto, with a hybrid schedule. Use data modeling, SQL, and Python.This Senior Software Developer role supports scalable platform capabilities through data services, APIs, backend systems, and governed data assets. You will structure, validate, store, retrieve, and prepare data for AI-enabled workflows, analytics, search, and customer-facing applications. Collaboration spans AI Engineering, Product, Application Engineering, and Security.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and govern data for AI-enabled workflowsDevelop metadata enrichment and retrieval optimization approachesMaintain secure, traceable AI-ready data assetsPartner on document processing and evaluation activitiesImplement APIs, reference data, and reusable servicesRequirements:
