Hybrid Senior Pricing Analyst at WM

Elevate your career as a Senior Pricing Analyst with WM, North America's leader in environmental solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to develop pricing strategies that enhance profitability. In this hybrid role, you'll work from our office Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, you will analyze financial and market data, driving impactful recommendations. This position is ideal for those with a strong analytical background eager to influence business growth in a meaningful way. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial, operational, and market data for pricing insights
Develop and maintain pricing models and reporting tools
Evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness and suggest improvements
Partner with various teams to implement pricing initiatives
Mentor less experienced analysts within a collaborative environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Experience in pricing or financial analysis preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
