VP Business Intelligence & Data Governance

Drive the data vision in a pivotal VP role for a large healthcare network in Toronto. Focus on business intelligence and leveraging AI for enhanced decision-making. As the Vice President of Data & Business Intelligence, you will bring 15+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership positions. You'll lead the execution of enterprise-wide data governance while managing an analytics team. Collaborate with top executives and stakeholders to align data strategies that significantly impact business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop a robust data strategy for enhanced organizational performance
Manage data governance, security, and integrity initiatives
Direct the BI and analytics team across local and offshore domains
Innovate using AI to improve marketing, revenue, and patient connections
Ensure collaborative efforts with business leaders for data impact

Requirements:

15+ years in Data, BI, or Analytics
5+ years in leadership or executive roles
Experience in complex, multi-location environments
Expertise in cloud-based BI and AI analytics
High EQ and proven team alignment skills
