Relief Supervisor of Operations Role

- Oversee the prioritization of delivery and operations
- Evaluate productivity and share outcomes with teams
- Champion safety practices and conduct necessary investigations
- Consult on staff-related issues with Labour Relations
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of management or 2 years in a union environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
- Flexibility for shift and weekend work
- Preferred experience in customer service or plant environments
