Senior Reliability Engineer in Medical Devices

We're looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Medical Device/MedTech sector. This position primarily involves onsite work focusing on reliability testing protocols and compliance. Key skills include proficiency in Minitab, knowledge of ISO 13485 regulations, and robust experience in DFMEA and fault tree analysis.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct HALT, HASS, and ALT testing protocols • Develop custom test fixtures for verification tests • Perform reliability modeling using Weibull and Lognormal techniques • Implement root cause analysis and FRACAS methodologies • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards

Requirements: • 10+ years in Medical Device reliability engineering • Proficient in Minitab and JMP software • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations • Experience with Reliasoft/PTC Windchill preferred • Strong skills in DFMEA and fault tree analysis
