Creative Design Lead at Spin Master

Elevate toy innovation as a Creative Design Lead with Spin Master. Collaborate on the Early Learning portfolio and drive design strategies for developmental toys. In this six-month full-time fixed-term role, you will lead design efforts under the guidance of the Design Director. You will mentor a team in translating educational insights into market-viable toy concepts while setting visual aesthetics and design standards for the Ms. Rachel brand and beyond. Your mission will be to maintain insight into children’s media and parenting trends to ensure that products align with contemporary needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide creative direction and mentorship to design teams
• Establish design standards and play principles for toys
• Monitor trends in kids' media and parenting to identify opportunities
• Translate insights into compelling product concepts and strategies
• Create engaging design presentations for executive alignment

Requirements:

• BFA in Toy Design or related field
• Proven design leadership and mentorship experience
• Expertise in early childhood development and safety standards
• Strong sketching, 2D rendering, and storytelling skills
• Ability to drive complex projects under tight deadlines
