FP&A Analyst

Dotmatics, a Siemens company, seeks an FP&A Analyst to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a fast-growing SaaS business. The role involves delivering data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate performance and support strategic decisions
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial impact of business initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and business drivers to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with business functions to provide analysis and guidance on achieving operational objectives
Requirements
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with large datasets and financial analytics tools
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
