UKG recherche un Directeur de l'ingénierie pour diriger les équipes UKG Pro - WFM avec une expertise technique et un leadership avéré. Le candidat définira l’orientation technique, améliorera l’exécution et lèvera les obstacles tout en favorisant l’IA et les cadres de plateforme.

Il collaborera étroitement avec les équipes de gestion de produits, d’architecture, d’UX et de sécurité afin de livrer des fonctionnalités plateforme et produit fiables et évolutives répondant aux besoins des clients.
