Remote SAP Development Lead Position

Transform SAP solutions as a remote/hybrid Development Lead in Canada. This role demands expertise in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA while leading development initiatives. We seek an experienced SAP Development Lead with over 15 years of expertise. Your leadership will shape the SAP development landscape, guiding teams, and enforcing design reviews while ensuring code quality. Your impact will be felt through robust, scalable solutions that adhere to best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide SAP development teams effectively
• Review development approaches and technical specifications thoroughly
• Enforce governance through detailed code reviews
• Collaborate with architects and integrators across teams
• Support custom code remediation in S/4HANA projects Requirements:
• 15+ years SAP ABAP / ABAP OO experience
• Proven implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Expertise in SAP Integration Suite and BTP
• Solid Fiori/UI5 development experience required
• Comfortable in Agile environments Leverage your SAP leadership to drive excellence in transformation projects.
