Technology Strategy Consulting Director

Technology strategy and transformation leadership define this hybrid Management Consulting Director opportunity at RSM. Advise executives while shaping complex client programs and growth.RSM seeks a growth-oriented Director for its Technology Performance practice. You will combine business development with Technology Strategy, ERP Strategy, IT Architecture, and transformation leadership. The work connects business strategy with technology investment decisions, enterprise modernization, and large-scale execution. You will also develop consulting talent.Key Responsibilities:
Drive practice growth through account expansion and new client acquisitionLead strategic pursuits from opportunity identification through contract awardAdvise executives on technology strategy, investments, and transformation programsDevelop technology roadmaps, architectures, and investment prioritiesLead complex transformation programs and executive governanceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree12+ years of consulting or technology transformation experienceExperience selling, shaping, and delivering complex consulting engagementsDeep expertise in Technology Strategy, ERP Strategy, or IT ArchitectureAbility to travel up to 50% across Canada and USLead RSM technology consulting growth through executive relationships, strategic roadmaps, architecture, and complex transformation delivery.
