Join the Building Science & Sustainability team at Pinchin Ltd. in Saskatoon as a Building Science Technologist. Utilize your expertise in building systems and technical report writing to enhance project delivery. This full-time position requires a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 1-3 years of building assessment experience preferred. You will conduct property condition assessments, liaise with clients and contractors, and prepare detailed reports. Your sound construction knowledge will play a crucial role in sustaining long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property condition assessments and inspections
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports
- Liaise effectively with clients and contractors
- Develop proposals for client projects
- Enhance business development and client relationships
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 1-3 years experience in building assessments
- Knowledge of ASTM Standard E 2018-15 is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
