Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Services, you will develop strategies for the next fundraising campaign. Your role focuses on managing volunteer recruitment, developing policies, and ensuring alignment with university objectives. • Collaborate with leadership to create fundraising strategies.
• Oversee execution of campaign plans and timelines.
• Facilitate volunteer onboarding and retention practices.

• Manage volunteer stewardship and recognition programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or similar.
• At least seven years in advancement or campaign management.
• In-depth knowledge of donor engagement practices.
• Proficient in English; good French skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
