Lead market research strategy and client delivery as Director, Insights at Dig Insights, with hybrid-remote flexibility across the U.S. and Canada.This Director, Insights role supports Analysts, Managers, and a VP while delivering client projects. You will shape methodologies, analyze findings, and develop strategic recommendations. The position combines research leadership, project management, client communication, and team development across Dig Insights engagements.Key Responsibilities:
Develop proposals, methodologies, costings, schedules, and design considerationsOversee project management and timely, quality deliverablesGuide analysis, results communication, and project delivery excellenceCreate strategic, actionable stories from research findingsPresent clear results to client organizations at all levelsRequirements:
Seven or more years of relevant experienceRelevant university degree or postgraduate qualificationProficiency in SPSS, Q, or tabulation softwareExcellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skillsStrong English communication and time management skillsApply research expertise, client leadership, analysis, and communication skills to deliver strategic insights with Dig Insights.
