Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Family Practice

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate LPN to join our family practice in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting physicians in delivering comprehensive primary care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical assessments and vital signs for patients of all ages
- Administer immunizations, injections, and medication per physician orders
- Conduct ECGs, wound care, suture removal, and minor procedures
- Assist with in-clinic procedures and medical emergencies
- Manage patient records, documentation in EMR (Accuro), and follow-up communications
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management, medications, and lifestyle
- Handle patient triage, telephone advice, and appointment scheduling support
- Maintain infection control, sterilization, and clinic safety standards

Qualifications:
- Current LPN registration with CLPN SK (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Electronic Medical Record experience, preferably Accuro
- Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
- Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and team-oriented mindset
