Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative and Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in administrative and finance roles, combined with strong customer service expertise. This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills to support daily operations effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including document management, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
- Handle basic financial tasks such as expense reimbursements, invoice processing, billing management, and maintaining financial records.
- Provide professional and efficient customer support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and optimizing administrative and financial workflows to improve efficiency.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in administrative or finance-related roles. Strong customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial software is an asset.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in both English and another language (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.
