About the Role
As a Journeyman Plumber / Gasfitter B, you'll perform residential and light commercial plumbing and gas-fitting installations, repairs, maintenance, and service calls. You'll represent GlacierFlow professionally while delivering outstanding workmanship and customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot gas appliances and gas piping.
- Diagnose plumbing, heating, and gas system issues efficiently.
- Perform water heater installations and replacements (tank and tankless).
- Install plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, drainage, and water supply systems.
- Complete maintenance and emergency service calls.
- Ensure all work complies with Alberta Plumbing and Gas Codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job notes, and documentation.
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Work safely while following company safety procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- Alberta Journeyman Plumber Certificate
- Class B Gasfitter License
- Valid Alberta Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism
Preferred
- Experience with residential service plumbing
- Experience with water heaters, boilers, and hydronic heating systems
- Backflow certification (asset)
- Cross Connection certification (asset)
