Build Heave's influencer offering through creator sourcing, paid social strategy, and performance tracking while working fully remote across North America.As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own creator campaigns from sourcing through final ad performance. You will work with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Partnership Ads, and TikTok Spark Ads. The role combines creator relationships, negotiations, campaign operations, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Build Heave's influencer offering from sourcing through ad performanceSource, vet, and sign short-form comedy and skit creatorsNegotiate rates, usage rights, whitelisting, and exclusivityBrief creators on hooks, angles, and conversion-focused messagingTrack hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROASRequirements:
Experience in influencer or creator marketingExamples of creator content converted into paid adsUnderstanding of Meta Partnership Ads and paid social creativeNetwork of creators and talent managersStrong negotiation and campaign organization skillsBring creator marketing, paid social, negotiation, and performance expertise to grow Heave's scalable influencer service line remotely.
