Home Care Services Manager Role
CANES Community Care
Lead operational excellence at CANES Community Care as the Home Care Services Manager. Drive performance management and quality service delivery while ensuring compliance in a multifaceted environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of Community Support Services, you will oversee home care contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of leadership and operational skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster partnerships with stakeholders. You will be instrumental in improving quality outcomes and enhancing service delivery across designated areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee home care contract delivery and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Lead operational initiatives for service improvement
- Maintain relationships with community partners and funders
- Provide leadership for staffing and human resource management
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in healthcare
- Proven track record in managing multiple contracts
- Knowledge of home care sector and legislation
- Strong communication and analytical skills
