Seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Engineer with robust hands‑on experience in AWS infrastructure management, deployments, and advanced troubleshooting, operating as an L3 / escalation engineer for production environments.
Key Requirements
- Robust hands‑on experience managing AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, Storage, Monitoring).
- Experience deploying, operating, and supporting production AWS environments.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and resolving L3 escalations.
- Experience acting as an escalation point for L1/L2 teams and driving incident resolution.
- Robust understanding of incident management, RCA, and preventive fixes.
