Global Template Owner, Quality (Clinical/R&D)

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Template Owner – Quality Management for Clinical/R&D Quality in a hybrid role. The position will lead consolidation of processes and align the Global Template with the Transcend roadmap, collaborating across regions and functions.

The role requires 10+ years in operations or ERP, SAP expertise, and strong leadership to drive standardization, with up to 30% travel and on-site presence three days a week.
