Your Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or Customer services (hotel services, retail, call centre or restaurants) Preferred
- Effective verbal communication ability in English
- Driven by providing positive customer experience with natural ability to connect with customers for successful outcomes
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to deal with customers professionally at all times
- Enjoy results-oriented environment
- Comfortable navigating on screen software with strong keyboard skills
- Looking for a chance to learn, grow and excel

If you are energetic, motivated, sales and customer service oriented individual looking to learn and develop in a lasting career in sales, we have immediate permanent full-time career opportunities in marketing insurance-related products to existing customers for Canada's largest Financial & Insurance Service providers.
As a member of the team, you'll leverage the Brand value of Optima’s client (Leading Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies), and product information through direct customer contact in order to promote products and services of Optima’s clients. The successful candidates will possess the unique combination of script adherence, rapport-building &persuasive skills required to, identify customer needs and inform customers about product features, benefits and value for them.
