Director of Industrial Services Marketing
Thermogenics
Shape Thermogenics marketing for boiler and mechanical services, combining industrial expertise with SEO, paid media, and commercial execution. Work remotely.
The Director of Marketing will define and elevate a consistent North American brand across legacy and acquired businesses. This hands-on role positions Thermogenics as a trusted technical partner for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers. You will build campaigns, content, tools, and processes supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define consistent brand positioning across North America
- Position Thermogenics as a trusted technical services partner
- Ensure consistency across websites, proposals, and field materials
- Support acquisition brand, website, collateral, and customer integration
- Own website strategy and digital ecosystem performance
Requirements:
- Eight to twelve plus years of marketing experience
- Industrial or distributed operations experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting sales-led organizations
- Content development and campaign execution skills
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and speed
