Regional Qa/Qc Manager Scarborough

Lead regional quality programs from Scarborough, Ontario, using ISO 9001 expertise and QA/QC leadership across Utility and MEP Construction projects.As Regional QA/QC Manager, you will report to the General Manager and support regional leadership. You will develop quality systems, guide project and fabrication teams, and maintain compliance with company, client, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Your work supports quality consistency across field locations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the regional quality management systemMonitor ISO 9001 compliance and quality certificationsApprove Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and turnover packagesConduct site assessments, audits, and field compliance reviewsInvestigate non-conformances and implement corrective actionsRequirements:
Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or quality assuranceTen-plus years of QA/QC experience implementing quality programsFamiliarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsCQA designation;
PMP designation is an assetKnowledge of electrical safety standards and MS OfficeApply regional QA/QC leadership, ISO 9001 knowledge, and construction quality expertise across Black & McDonald projects.
