ML Engineer - Generative AI & LLMs

Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and productize scalable machine learning solutions with LLMs and real-world data.
- Build or contribute to agentic systems involving tool use, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordination.
- Rapidly prototype cutting-edge tools and research ideas and turn prototypes into production-ready services.
- Apply statistics, machine learning, and analytical reasoning to understand data and improve product or business outcomes.
- Work closely with clients and teammates in a collaborative consulting environment.
Requirements
- Expertise in LLM engineering and familiarity with popular LLM providers and their best practices.
- Hands-on experience with statistics and machine learning.
- Experience with the Python ML stack, including Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and PyTorch.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, SQL, Bash, and FastAPI.
- Ability to demonstrate LLM projects and explain ownership and contributions.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking about data, business acumen, and ability to turn prototypes into production-ready services.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, such as an MS or PhD, in Computer Science or a related engineering field involving coding.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure, GitHub Actions, Spark, Neo4j Cypher, and graph databases is a bonus.
- Experience with agentic systems is a strong plus.
