General Affairs Staff in Project control management team

Job Responsibility:

:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies and facilities.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing appointments.

- Organizing asset buying and taking care of the company's asset

- Undertaking the cost of operational needs

Job Duties :

- Provide general support to relative team members: support and liaise on multiple projects.

- Support FSE(Foreign Service Employee) and take other instructions from superior officer.

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; submit and reconcile expense reports.

- Maintain all office legal and permit documents, dealing and liaising with related external parties.

- Facilitate in business-related license renewal and other activities related to authority.

- Forwarder Management: scheduling, reporting, supplier chain management

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's diploma

- Excellent communication skills in English

- M.O.S License, Excellent using skill in Excel

- 2+ years of experience in G.A or related fields

- Communication and organization skills

- Understanding of G.A processes and regulations

Additional Assets :

- Basic understanding of HVAC&R industry or battery plant

- Experience with multinational companies or diverse industries

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
