Classify Security Group (CSG) is actively seeking Security Guards and Community Safety Officers throughout Manitoba.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about public safety, customer service, community engagement, and professional security services.
• Manitoba Security Guard License
• Strong interpersonal skills
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Professional judgment and integrity
• Ability to work in dynamic environments
Additional certifications such as Mental Health First Aid, CPI, Trauma-Informed Care, and Naloxone Training are considered strong assets.
At CSG, we believe security is more than enforcement, it is about building relationships, preventing incidents, and creating safer communities.
