Support Citi’s business-critical data platforms using SQL and ITRS Geneos in a hybrid, globally distributed operation. Apply engineering-focused production expertise across 24×6 coverage.As a Senior Production Support Analyst in Securities Services, you will support DCP applications, reporting platforms, and client-facing financial systems. The work combines incident management, platform monitoring, automation, and controlled technology change. You will contribute to modernisation involving cloud data lakes, client migration, and consolidated data services.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver L2 incident triage, investigation, escalation, and resolutionCoordinate platform checks, monitoring, handovers, and ServiceNow communicationManage client-impacting incident communication with internal stakeholdersDrive problem management to remove recurring root causesSupport automation, observability, change, and release activitiesRequirements:
Five-plus years in application support, production management, or platform operationsAdministrator-level ITRS Geneos monitoring and alerting experienceSQL proficiency across relational and cloud databasesITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management experiencePractical Shell or Python scripting abilityBring production support, monitoring, SQL, and automation expertise to Citi’s evolving Securities Services data platform environment.
