In this role, you will spearhead the Data & Observability Platform team, ensuring effective modernization of data technologies and frameworks. Your expertise will help optimize operational practices for cloud-native solutions. This position requires collaboration with various departments to align strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage data platform and observability engineers
• Define objectives for team success and operational outcomes
• Build and maintain scalable data ingestion frameworks
• Collaborate with data architecture teams for alignment
• Enhance observability for critical data products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Over 5 years of data engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years managing technical teams
• Proven history with Databricks and cloud platforms
• Experience in modernizing legacy data infrastructures
Utilize your leadership skills to advance data platforms at Kinaxis.
