Petceptionist

We're on the hunt for a warm, welcoming, and organized receptionist who believes every pet and pet parent deserves a VIP (Very Important Pet) greeting. If the pitter-patter of paws makes your day, you love interacting with and helping people, and you are amazing at multi-tasking then Petfinity is the place for you!

Your Mission:

Be the welcoming face and voice that greets both two-legged and four-legged guests. Manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and keep our reception area running like a well-oiled machine.

Provide information on and be able to explain our many service offerings

Have basic knowledge of our retail store and key product lines.

A Communication Whiz: You can handle a busy phone line and still make every caller feel like the center of your world.

Organized and Efficient: Juggling tasks is second nature to you, you can prioritize and complete tasks as they come in.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or front desk roles.

Proficiency with scheduling software and office systems.

Flexible availability.
