Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking Ventilation / HVAC Service Technicians to support a growing team working with ventilation system cleaning and maintenance. This team will perform services across residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, dryer vents, and make-up air systems.
Technicians will be responsible for conducting maintenance on fan coils and heat pumps, executing ventilation cleaning, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and professionally. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working independently and as part of a mobile team, traveling between job sites and maintaining high standards in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and servicing of fan coil units and heat pumps
- Execute ventilation system cleaning (dryer vents, bathroom fans, HVAC ducts, make-up air shafts)
- Travel between job sites and complete work independently or within a small team- Accurately document completed work using mobile apps or tablets
- Maintain a professional presence while working in client homes, condos, and residential properties
Required Qualifications:
- An interest in working with HVAC systems, ventilation cleaning, or related field service work
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to safely use power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using mobile technology for job tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical clients; polished and client-facing demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel for extended periods (including out-of-town assignments) and adapt to various work environments
