As an Applied AI Scientist, you will design systems that help with informed decision-making and systematic improvement. The ideal candidate has strong statistical and machine learning expertise and can perform quantitative problem-solving. This role involves hands-on software development, architecture exploration, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Design agentic decision-support systems for complex problem-solving
- Develop evaluation frameworks for continuous improvement
- Quantify objectives and analyze performance distributions
- Investigate self-improving architectures and policies
- Apply statistical methods and AI/ML for system reliability
- Master's or PhD in quantitative discipline preferred
- Strong foundation in statistics and AI/ML algorithms
- Experience with agentic system development
- Proficiency in producing high-quality software
- Analytical mindset focused on questioning assumptions
